L. Joyce Oliva

L. Joyce Oliva 79 of Hilliard passed away peacefully after a short battle with pneumonia on Saturday September 14, 2019.  She is preceded in death by mother and step-father Mary Alice and Paul Williams, father Stephen A. Confare, brothers Roger and Lonnie Williams, Stephen Confare, sisters Mona Jean Yarnell, Doris and June Confare, Sharon Williams, Beverly Stought. Joyce lived her life for her family, taking joy in being a beloved aunt and great aunt. She is survived by brother Larry (Ginny) Williams, nieces (great nieces) including Julianne (Steven) Benware, Laura (Ryan) Leonardo Horn, Katie Benware, Frankie Horn, nephews including Michael Leonardo. The family will host a celebration to remember Joyce in an upcoming informal gathering at her niece’s home (date yet undetermined.)  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio, 510 East North Broadway Columbus, OH 43214.
