Lawrence E. Ratliff

Lawrence E. Ratliff, age 62, of Dublin, OH, passed away Friday, May 29, 2009 after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. He had 25 years of service with the Department of Labor as a Federal Compliance Officer. Preceded in death by his mother Marguerite, stepfather Lynwood, and sister Karen. Survived by Patricia, his loving wife of 31 years, his daughters Jessica (Ben) Cullivan and Emily (Travis) Smith, granddaughter Grace Cullivan, his dear aunt Ruby, cousin Robin and her family, as well as many other caring and supportive relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Tuesday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. A private family graveside service and burial will be held 3 pm Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 5600 East Broad St., Columbus, OH 43202. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Ohio, 3380 Tremont Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
