Lee Chandler

On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, Lee Joseph Chandler, beloved son and brother, returned home to be with the Lord at the age of 35.  Lee was born on November 8, 1984 in Columbus, OH to Robin and Ron Chandler.  Lee was a graduate of West Jefferson High School and Tolles Technical Center in 2004.  Lee excelled in diesel mechanics and mechanical welding of any kind. 

Lee had a passion for helping anyone who was less fortunate, even when he, himself, had very little.  Lee was a kind and generous soul.  Lee enjoyed fishing, fireworks and spoiling his niece Josslyn.  Lee was well known for his compassionate and good-natured spirit. 

Lee was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nancy Chandler, Curtis Hicks and Joseph Kertesz.  Lee is survived by his mother, Robin (Spencer) Suskin, and father, Ron Chandler; his sisters Janel (Brooke) Chandler, Suzanne Suskin-Howard and Jamie Webb-Kelly; his brothers Nathaniel Chandler and Kesta IIoba; his nieces Josslyn Chandler and Brinkley Howard; nephews Vaughn Edwards, Kaden Howard and Ethon Kelly; his grandparents Ron Chandler and Patricia Hicks; his aunts Barbie (Ron) Corbitt and Teri (Doug) Bushong; and many more loving cousins and close friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020, at 7:00pm at The Church Next Door, 5755 Feder Rd, Columbus, OH 43228.
