Leroy Hane

Leroy E. Hane, age 88, of Hilliard, passed away Decemebr 5, 2009 at Altercare of Hilliard. Born January 19, 1921. Preceded in death by wife, Kathryn; parents, Alvah and Helen Hane; brothers, Harold and Lowell Hane . He leaves behind; special niece, Melissa (Jon) McFarland; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends; caregiver and friend, Larry Pennell and Ruth Csoka. Leroy served in the U.S. Army in WWII and The Korean Conflict. He retired from Pedershaab Inc. He was a member of the Hilliard Moose Lodge 2236, life member of VFW Post 7005, and American Legion Post #614. Also of the Moose Club #25, The Naus Club and Eagles Lodge. Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30am. Memorial contributions may be made to Moose Heart In Care of Hilliard Moose Lodge #2236 5370 Grace Street Hilliard, OH 43026. A Moose Service will be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday. Interment Concord Cemetery.
