Leslie Adkins

Leslie A. Adkins (76), passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.  Leslie was born in Dayton, OH on June 13, 1947 to Elmer Dils and Norma Jean (Bodine) Dils Brandon.  She is survived by her son, Jason Adkins; daughter in law, Jennifer; her grandchildren, Holden and Paige; her siblings, Mark Brandon, Barbara Lawhon, Delana Harvey, Bob Dils, Linda Rosell, Diana Elie and Karolynn Swanson, along with many nieces and nephews. Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, her step parents, Luke Brandon and Ruth Dils; her siblings, Michael Dils, Denise Aytes, Vicki Bell, Jeff Brandon and Wesley Brandon.

Leslie retired from Ameritech/Ohio Bell and worked 18 years as a receptionist for Nationwide Childrens Hospital.  She was a member of Life in Christ Fellowship in West Jefferson, OH.

The family will receive friends for a visitation and funeral service for Leslie at Tidd Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH on Sunday, November 19, 2023.  Visitation will be from 4-7 PM and the funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM.  Leslie will be laid to rest at the Bethel Cemetery, 9580 OH-202 in Bethel Township, OH at 11 am Monday, November 20, 2023.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Life in Christ Fellowship in memory of Leslie.  The address is 500 OH-142, West Jefferson, OH 43162.
