Linda Houser

Linda Houser, age 75, of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, passed away at home on Monday, October 17, 2016. She was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church, Mt. Sterling, a volunteer at Madison Health for many years, served as the Treasurer of Madison Health Auxiliary and a volunteer at Mt. Sterling Community Center. She was a Pythian Sister of Mt. Sterling, a member of the Madison County Republican Club and was an avid Ohio State fan. She loved watching her grandson play baseball. Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband and Sugar Babe, R. Vernon Houser. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law Kellie and Rex Bibler of Findlay, Ohio, her grandson Phillip Bibler, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Friends may call from 3:00-8:00p.m. THURSDAY at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143. Funeral Service will be held 11:00a.m. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2016 at FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 110 South London Street, Mt. Sterling, OH where friends may call one hour before the service beginning at 10:00a.m. Burial will follow the service at Pleasant Cemetery.
