Linda Jackson

Linda Raye Jackson, age 79, of Hilliard, passed away September 21, 2021. Member of First Baptist Church of Hilliard. She was a graduate of Ottumwa High School, Class of 1959 in Ottumwa, IA. Linda was an Executive Secretary with Woods and Volunteer of America before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, dog shows, photography and was an avid reader.  Preceded in death by husband Bernard F. Jackson and parents Walter “Ray” and Audrey Grace. Survived by children Elizabeth Jackson of Columbus and Kenny Jackson of Hilliard, sister Bonnie (Raminder) Bhatia of MA, grandson Matthew Jackson of Columbus, nieces Khushi Bhatia and Simie (Chris) Catalano, sister-in-law Lorie (Dwight) Best of IA and their daughters Karrie (John) Neder and Jennifer (Antonio) Flores, and special fur friends Foxy and Rocky. Family will receive friends 5-7 pm Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service to begin at 6:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local hospice or Animal Shelter.
