Linda McGraner

Linda L. McGraner, age 56, of Columbus, Ohio, passed peacefully at her home Saturday, January 17, 2009 in care of her family. Linda was born August 4, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio and is preceded in death by her father Robert McGraner. Linda is survived by her mother Jessie (Ciardelli) Hill, soul mate and husband Carl Gatliff, son Carl Gatliff II, daughter Christina Gatliff and Tim Sizemore, six cherished grandchildren, Gabrielle, Trestin, Alexander, Rylie, Collin and Carley, brothers and sisters Lois Farmer, Frank (Tina) Farmer, Robert (Scotty) McGraner, Carol McGraner, John (Pam) McGraner and Pam Hill, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends, and best friend of 40 years Kathy Bennett of NY. Linda was an employee of South-Western City Schools. She adored and was adored by the students of Prairie Lincoln Elementary. Linda was loved by many and will be remembered and missed by all whose lives she touched. “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.” A memorial service will be held at a later date and announced when scheduled. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda’s name to Mount Carmel Hospice.
