Linda Stoops

Linda Stoops, age 52, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2007. She worked in a library on Lane Rd. in Upper Arlington. She frequented Science Fiction conventions in Ohio and surrounding states. She was a lover of books, animals, movies, and Irish music. She was a holiday baker of massive amounts of fudge and cookies. She also had a passion for sewing and ceramics. Preceded in death by father Richard Stoops and sister Sheryl Detillion. Survived by mother Betty Stoops of Hilliard, brother Rick Stoops of Decatur, GA, sister Lisa Bunch of London, OH, nephew Jimmy Detillion and niece Ami Detillion. Friends may call 1-2 pm Saturday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, where a memorial service will follow at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Ave., Columbus, OH 43215.
