Lindsay K. Anderson

Lindsay K. Anderson, age 28, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Lindsay was a recipient of a 2011 kidney transplant that extended her life and brought her and her family closer to new friends, doctors and nurses. Lindsay was one of the strongest of people who faced her medical challenges with courage and determination. A free-spirit by nature, her free-spirit helped her to persevere through her difficult and arduous health conditions. No matter what she dealt with, people were always greeted with her smile. She had an uplifting and never-ending, positive attitude which was contagious. In her final days, Lindsay was surrounded by her family and many friends. She will continue to be loved and missed by all of those whose lives she touched. “Thank you” to the staff at the OSU Wexner Medical Center for your excellent care and compassion. Lindsay is survived by her parents Doug and Bonnie (Patterson) Anderson and her brother and sister-in-law Matthew and Heather Anderson, all of Hilliard, her grandparents Judi Anderson of Worthington and Kay and Ron Patterson of Hilliard, her boyfriend Michael Fitzpatrick of Hilliard, and her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
