Lisa Critten Vroom Fisher

Lisa Critten Vroom Fisher, age 48, of Hilliard, OH, a native of Lima, OH, went to Heaven on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lima, OH, Lisa was a graduate of Lima Bath High School, Class of 1989 and received her B.A and Masters, Education degrees from The Ohio State University. She specialized in reading and taught in Hilliard City Schools at Avery Elementary School as a Kindergarten teacher for many years. Lisa was a long-time member of UALC-The Church at Mill Run and was actively involved in the Hilliard Darby Gridiron Club. Lisa was preceded in death by her uncle Kenneth E. Critten, her aunt Mickey McDermott, and grandparents Ruth E. & Kenneth J. Critten and Audrey L. & Charles Taylor. She is survived by her husband Chad Fisher of Lima, son Hayden Vroom of Hilliard, step-son Drew Fisher of Lima, parents Pat and David Critten of Powell, OH, her brother and sister-in-law David and Iris Critten of Perry, GA, nephews Alec Critten and Ethan Critten, many aunts, uncles and cousins, her former spouse Craig (Michelle) Vroom of Hilliard and her many colleagues and dear friends. Lisa’s family extends a special thanks to her group of friends who have provided their love, support, flowers and numerous, delicious meals to her family. Thank you!
