Marian Snyder

MARIAN [MILLER-STOTTS] SNYDER, age 96, went to be with her Lord on, October 28, 2010 at Arbors at London, Ohio, born, August 25, 1914 in Columbus, Ohio to Joseph E. and Helen E. Miller.
Preceded in Death by Loving husband of forty years John Leslie Snyder, Mother and Father, Step-brother Henry Miller, Son-in-laws George Allen and Ronald Wharton, Sister-in-Laws and Brother-in-Laws Survived by, Daughters, Donna Wharton of London, OH, Carolyn Sue [William Trigg] Tabor of Dublin, OH, two Granddaughters’, Cheryl [Jim] Asbury of Kentucky, Tracy Miller of Ohio, Step Grandsons, Great Granddaughters’ and Great Grandsons’, Sister Ruth Hoskins, Brother Ray Miller, and Nieces’. Former member of Lincoln Baptist Church, Faith Baptist Church, Cypress Wesleyan, Charter Member of Life in Christ Fellowship, West Jefferson, Oh. Marian graduated from the Capitol Conservatory of Music in Columbus, Oh. She was a piano teacher for many years. Marian volunteered at Doctors Hospital for nine years, working in the Doctors cafeteria. The family would like to thank all the Nurses and Care Givers that work for Arbors at London. Each of you loved and cared for Marian at a much needed time. Marian’s family will never forget Mom’s months at your facility. As we all remember, life was not easy during her stay for any of us, but each of you reached out and made the days easier. You will always be in our thoughts as you continue your work, and love the patients. Donna, would also like to thank, Dr. Steven Richardson of London and your office staff for always listening and guiding my decisions for mom. Dr. Richardson you have been a blessing in my life, the road has been long and you were always there with much needed answers for this child of God. Friends may call Sunday 1:30 pm – 3pm at Life in Christ Fellowship, 500 St. Rte. 142 East(Plain City Georgesville Rd.), West Jefferson, Ohio 43162; where a funeral service will follow at 3 pm Sunday with Pastor Scott Polley officiating. Private Interment at Sunset Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to join Marian’s family for a meal following the service at Life in Christ Fellowship.
