Marilyn M. Hughes

Marilyn M. Hughes, born August 2, 1930, age 83, to Myron Earl and Jessie Chloe Dennis, both deceased, passed away January 30, 2014. Marilyn was a realtor for 37 years and with HER Realtors for 31 years. She loved flower gardening, cooking and especially enjoyed the OSU football games, both at home and away, many years of tailgating! Loved to fix big meals and enjoyed family gatherings. Preceded in death by sister Nancy. Survived by and proud of 3 children, Diane, Steve (Tammy) and Jeff (Mary), equally proud of granddaughter Hayley and “The Joy Boys” Kyle (Sarah), Jason, Kevin and Trevor and great granddaughter Cameron, sister Eileen (Fred) Stoner, also very special Drema; who was like another daughter, her brother Mikey, a host of friends including Virginia Allen, Debby Slane, Vickie Holland and Sue Herman, chat friends Ev, Ron, Linda and Lou, past real estate clients and wonderful neighbors Al and Gloria, Henry and Carmen. Family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 PM at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 10 AM Monday. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Delaware, OH.
