Mark Milligan, age 53, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Preceded in death by parents James and Sarah Milligan. Survived by brothers Gordon Milligan and James (Cindy) Milligan, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A celebration of life service will be held 4 pm Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Abner’s Restaurant. Following Mark’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kobacker House.
