Martha Sheets

Martha F. Sheets, On Wednesday March 31^st, 2021, Martha F. Sheets, loving mother of two children passed away at the age of 85. Martha was born on August 10^th, 1935 in Carthage, Tennessee, to John and Callie (Butler) Ray.  She retired from the Upper Arlington Schools with combined service in both government and school sectors of 30 years. Martha raised two daughters, Nancy and Donna.

Martha was a giving person and she loved life. She was a free spirt and was not afraid to do things. Her children were her highest priority and raising two girls to be contributing members of society gave her great pleasure. Martha loved tennis and she loved to teach. She played competitively within her community and she coached the Junior High School Tennis Team. Martha had many friends and never hesitated to give of herself in a relationship.

Martha is preceded in death by her mother Callie and Father John, husband James Sheets, daughter Donna Angiulo and several sisters and a brother. A small personal family memorial was held on April 2^nd, 2021.
