Marvel Mehl

Marvel Jean “Aunt Bud” Mehl, age 77, of Hilliard, passed away Friday May 6, 2011 at Mt. Carmel West. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Former employee of Rosemary’s Hallmark for several years. Preceded in death by loving husband, Billy Jo “Uncle Bud”; parents, Swede and Waneda Vanette; great granddaughter, Grace Ann Gibbs; and brother, Robert Cox. Survived by children, Billy Joe Jr. (Terry) Mehl of Hilliard, Debbie (Wayne) Farmer of Grove City, Mark (Robin) Mehl of Marysville, and Scott (Lisa) Mehl of Reynoldsburg; grandchildren, Jimmy, Leslie (Ray), Cory (Tressa), Eric (Julia), Erin (Andrew), Tyler, and Evan; great-grandchildren, Wesley, Jacob, Arianna, and Parker; sisters, Phyllis Sherck, Shirley Davis, and Mary Garber; brother, Richard Cox; best friend and loving pet “Buddy”; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 4-9PM Tuesday at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10AM.
