Mary Ann Wozniak

Mary Ann Wozniak, 78, Passed away December 1, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Cleveland and graduated from John Adams High School. She lived most of her life in Chesterland, Ohio and recently moved back to Ohio from Central Florida to be with her family. She was a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband James Wozniak and is survived by her son Greg Wozniak, Daughter-in-law, Elizabeth (Kron) Wozniak and grandson Nicholas Wozniak. She lived a wonderful life surrounded by friends and family that loved her very much. The angels will now guide her to the gates of Heaven and place her in His waiting arms. She will be cremated respectfully by the wonderful staff at Tidd Funeral Home in Hilliard, Ohio. Memorial Services have not been set at this time.
