Mary Lou Wright, age 69,of Hilliard, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 9, 2007 at Mount Carmel West Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family, who will always remember her unwavering gentleness, compassion and willingness to help others. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Mallie (King) Curtis, sisters Martha Gessells and Nora Arrowood, brothers Sammie, Wayne, and Jimmy Curtis. Survived by loving husband of 48 years Lawrence Wright, daughter Theresa (Mike) Rust, son Larry (Laurie) Wright, grandchildren Katie, Ali, Darin and Brandon, great grandson Owen, sisters Sara (Jim) Dray, Dorothy Rinehart, Audrey (Wayne) Rigsby, and brothers Willie (Mae) Curtis and Don (Judy) Curtis. Friends may call 3-7 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard; where funeral service will be held 10 am Friday with Rev. Bill Webb and Rev. Wayne Rigsby officiating.
