Mary Marbaugh

Mary Louise Marbaugh, age 66, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Graduate of Hilliard High School and was a
4-H Club advisor for many years. She was a talented seamstress, passionate reader, and a skilled puzzle solver. Preceded in death by mother Ellen Louise (Ed) Carey, father Warren (Doris) Younkin and brother Sonny Younkin. Survived by loving husband of 26 years Lee Marbaugh, children Pamela (Ron) Eger, SuEllen (Ed) Gabel, Rebecca Barley (Marty O’Neil), Byron Jr. (Cheryl) Odell, Kathleen (P.J.) Haydocy, Mary (Bill) Crawford, Elizabeth (Tim) Broskie, and Michelle Marbaugh (Jeremy Murray), step-son Deric (Launa) Marbaugh, grandchildren Jeff (Adriana), Craig (Angie) and Nicholas Eger, Rachel and Sarah Gabel, Jenie, Erica, Kristin, and Mark Barley, Ryan and Brandon Odell, Ashlee and Paul Haydocy, Riley Crawford, Logan, Mitchell and Brady Broskie, and Gabrielle Marbaugh, great grandchildren Cadence and Cole Eger, siblings David (Judy) Younkin, Tom (Diane) Carey, Gary (Pat) Younkin, Ed (Cheryl) Carey and Marleen (Jack) Chenoweth, lifetime friend Charlene Sharp and numerous other loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Saturday 5-8 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. She donated her body to the OSU anatomical department in hopes for future cancer research.
