Mary Carr Thompson, age 75, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Buckeye Lake, OH. She graduated from Bishop Watterson High School, retired as a private duty nurse caring for ALS patients and was a member of the Buckeye Lake Women’s Club. Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with family; most of all her grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Richard and Annette Meysenburg. Survived by loving husband of 53 years Don, children Eric (Tina) Thompson, Rachel (Jerry Wholaver) Thompson and Dwight (Kate) Thompson, brother Todd (Arlette) Meysenburg, grandchildren Emily (Sam) Muter, Chelsea (Darion Panton) Thompson, Travis Hardin, Cody, Kalea, Adam and Aiden, numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Friday, December 1, 2017 from 2-7 pm at Berry Leaf Place Community Center, 4962 Berry Leaf Place, Hilliard, OH 43026. In lieu of flowers, family request that you bring a balloon to the celebration of life gathering to be released at 7 pm in Mary’s memory.
