Maxwell Stanley Jenis

Maxwell Stanley Jenis, aged 23 years, of Dublin & Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at his mom's house in Hilliard, Ohio. Born on December 24, 1998 in Amherst, New York to Christopher Robert Jenis and Kristi Alexis Evans.

Max is survived by his parents, Christopher Robert Jenis and Kristi Alexis Evans; his grandparents, Dr. Edwin and Georgia Jenis, Mr. Stuart and Bonita Mann, and Mr. Todd and Leslie Evans; his uncles and aunts Dr. Andrew (Victoria) Jenis, Ms. Robin Bigby, and Mr. Mark Evans; and cousins, Ms. Cassandra Jenis, Mr. Jacob (Alan) Bigby-Kinzalow, Mr. Ryan Bigby, and Ava Pachulski-Evans.

Max was autistic and graduated from Dublin Coffman High School, Class of 2018 and completed The PATHS program at Emerald Campus in 2020. Because of his success at the PATHS program, he obtained a job at the AC Marriott at Bridge Park, Dublin, Ohio.

Max enjoyed riding his scooter, playing with hand puppets and collecting toys and movies. He also enjoyed going to the Columbus Zoo & Zoombezi Bay, the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Columbus Clippers baseball games, and bowling at Ten Pin Alley in Hilliard, Ohio.

He made an impression and touched the lives of everyone who came to know him.  His smile was infectious!  We were fortunate to have had him in our lives.  We will always love Max. He will be greatly missed.
