Meta Peterson

Meta Marie Peterson (Bolzenius), age 64, went home to be with the Lord August 28, 2009. Meta, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph (1991) and Meta Bolzenius (2001), and brother, Charles Bolzenius (2009). Meta is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Peterson, daughter Donna Stroud (Keith), son David Peterson (Cyndy), daughter Lynn Peterson, grandsons Jeremy Stroud, Kenny Peterson, Joshua Stroud, and Zach Seckerson, granddaughter Samantha Peterson, brother William Bolzenius (Barbara), sisters Mary (Mike) Buckley, Patricia (Tom) Sellers, Lee Bolzenius, countless nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of dear friends and relatives. Meta lived life on her terms with a free spirit and her love for family was her reason for living. Friends may visit an open viewing Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 4 - 8 p.m. at TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio 43026 (614) 876-1722. Funeral service and celebration of life will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2009, with friends and family being received beginning at 10 a.m., to be followed by further celebration at the Peterson residence.
