Michael Alan Minton, conceived and born a miracle March 19,1982. Every exit is an entry to somewhere else…Michael flew on angels wings April 3, 2007 surrounded by his loving family. In his 25 years he gave us a lifetime of love, gentleness, joy and a legacy of his music that will live on forever. His passion for his music touched the world and beyond. He is a true cancer survivor. Survived by soul-mate and love of his life-his extraordinary wife Anya (Kohn) married September 30, 2006. Loving companions Chauncey and Maxwell, Born to blessed parents Nancy (Campbell) and Rick of Hilliard, devoted brother to Rob and Erin (Eagle) of Mt. Vernon, OH, Matt and Debbie (Preston) of Phoenix, AZ, Mark and (Jenn Rhoades) of Chicago, adored grandson to Lorraine Campbell, awesome uncle to Andrew, Cameron, Carson, and 2 new babies in June, son in law to Fred and Nancy Kohn, brother in law to Chad and Jake Kohn, loved dearly by a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and a multitude of friends. Gone before him to welcome him home-grandparents Wayne and Dorothy Minton and Bob (Paw-Paw) Campbell-his life coach. Life long resident of Hilliard. Class of 2000 Hilliard Darby grad. Keyboard player and composer for Summit and West Exit. Member of Warehouse 839 congregation where he blessed all with his keys and bass in The Band. He loved and was loved by all who knew him. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and soul. His faith, strength and courage was overwhelming and truly humbling. He was a Teacher of Life to all-An inspiration that will be missed and admired. Family will receive friends to honor Michael’s life Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Sun 6-8 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. A Celebration of life service will be held 10 am Monday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd., Hilliard. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
