Mike Montoya

Mike B. Montoya, age 93, passed away August 14, 2015. US Army Veteran and POW serving in WWII. Member of VFW Post #10523 Canal Winchester. Mike was an avid reader and outdoors man. Preceded in death by parents Jesus and Tiodora Montoya, loving wife Elizabeth Montoya 2005, son James Alan Tatum, grandsons Jason L. Carr, Larry S. Hay, Joshua Jackson and son-in-law Bill Jackson. Survived by loving children, Senna (Mike) Werling, Sharlene (Pete) Palmer, Rajean (Frank) Carr, Dianne Jackson, Pam Maynard, Cindy (Danny), daughter –in-law Carolyn Tatum; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Winchester Place of Canal Winchester and Kindred at Home Hospice for their exceptional love and care given to our dad. Family will receive friends Monday 5-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard where funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday.
