Nancy Chandler

Nancy Chandler, age 78, of Marysville, formerly of Hilliard, passed in the hands of her friend Jesus Christ on Thursday, August 3, 2017. She was the rock of her family and the good gal who people asked for prayers. She was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church in Marysville. Nancy was a great cook, enjoyed golfing and was a seamstress. Most of all she enjoyed going to her grandkids sporting events and fishing. Graduate of Central High School class of 1956. Preceded in death by parents Edgar and Medrith (Sampson) Williams, brother Jim Williams, brother-in-law Donald Chandler and sister-in-law Barb Chandler. Survived by loving husband of 60 years Ron, son Ron (Cheryl) Chandler, daughters Barbie (Ron) Corbitt and Teri (Doug) Bushong, grandchildren Janel (Brooke), Nathaniel, Lee Chandler, Samantha and Ethan Fitzsimmons, Carson Corbitt, Sydnie and Kenzie Bushong, great-granddaughter Josslyn,sister Barbara Murray, brother Joe Williams, brother-in-law Richard (Peg) Chandler, sister-in-law Linda Williams, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A special thanks to Dr. Kari Kendra and staff at the James for their loving care. Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 207 South Court St., Marysville, OH 43040 with Rev. Dr. Aaron Brown officiating. Interment Concord Cemetery, Grove City, OH.
