Nancy Hamer

Nancy Hamer, age 76, of Plain City, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2015. Retired from Hilliard City Schools and was the Past First Lady Ohio District Optimist International. Preceded in death by parents Oscar and MaryJane McAnall. Survived by loving husband of 55 years Bill, daughter Melissa (Tim) Bissell, son Mike, grandchildren Reece and Skye Bissell, Cody and Connor Hamer, cousin Susan Powell and brother-in-law Wayne (Carolyn) Hamer. Family will receive friends 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Sunday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 11 am Monday. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HomeReach hospice.
