Nancy Mechling

Nancy L. Mechling, age 49, of Hilliard, passed away suddenly Friday, April 22, 2011 at her home. Nancy enjoyed cooking, reading, and sewing, but most of all, she loved to care for her family. They were the light of her life. Her children describe her as “The Best Mother in the Whole World”. She will be missed dearly. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert Owen and Jean Mea Spencer, and her brother, Ronald Spencer. Survived by her loving husband of 22 years Harold “Mike” Mechling; daughter, Spencer Lynne Mechling; son, Zachary Robert Mechling; sister, Patricia “Tish” (Jay) Lemons; brother, Robert (Lisa) Spencer; along with numerous nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and friends. In keeping with Nancy’s wishes, cremation will take place. There will be private family services to celebrate her life at a later date.
