Noah Kemp, age 33, of Mt. Sterling, passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2010. Survived by children, Seth, Silvia, and Ruthann; parents, Janette and Randy Kemp; siblings, Jessica (Jim) Rose, Elijah Kemp, Issiac Kemp, and Tricia Kemp; grandparents, Robert and Lela Phillips and Patricia Kemp; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. In keeping with Noah’s wishes, cremation will take place.
