Norman Puckett

PUCKETT Norman I. Puckett, 72, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 in Mt. Carmel West, Columbus. He was born January 4, 1938 in Derby, Ohio. The son of Clyde and Naomi (Girton) Puckett.
Member of Masonic Lodge #269 F & AM in Mt. Sterling; Us Army Veteran having served during Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; sons Carey (Roxanne) Puckett, Tracey (Mick) Puckett, Lonnie (Kim) Puckett; grandchildren Brandon, Ryan, Audra, Andrew, Courtney, Cameron, Calib; great-grandson, Landon; sisters Janet (Sonny) Kimball, Irene (Bob) Schmauch. Many nieces and nephews and a host of good friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling from 5 – 8 p.m. A Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the funeral home. Rev. Doyne Wiggins officiating.
In keeping with the wishes of Norman, cremation will take place. Burial of his cremains will be in Darbyville Cemetery at a later date.
