Ollie Marie Price

Ollie Ella Marie Thompson Price, age 71, of Columbus, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at her home. On Sept. 1, 1938, Marie was born in Lawrence County, KY, the daughter of the late Chester Arthur Thompson and Cecilia Bernice (Ward) Hetrick. Marie retired from Federated Department Stores after 30 years. Marie will be dearly missed by her three daughters and son; Tracy (Arlen) Stacy of Columbus, Kelly (Steve) Carnahan of Delaware, Danelle (William) Karvois of Hilliard, and Edward B. Price of Columbus; grandchildren, Januari (Jeff)Vaughan, Natalee and Lindsey Stacy, Steven Jr. and Sean Carnahan, Jacob (Yana) Fadley, Katharine and Maggie Fadley, Evan and Cecilia Karvois; great-grandchildren, Jourdan, Jessica, and Jennifer Vaughan. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Arthur Thompson and Cecilia Bernice (Ward) Hetrick; four sisters, Hester Schultz, Irene Garner, Melanie Stayner, and Edra Brown; three brothers, Lowell, Arnold, and Paul Thompson. Marie’s family will greet friends Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where services celebrating her life will be held at 11am on Wednesday.
