Orville Jackson

Orville L. Jackson, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at his home at the age of 87. Longtime member of Alder Chapel Baptist Church. Veteran of the United States Army. Preceded in death by daughter Virginia Courtright and parents Buren and Ida Jackson. He will be lovingly missed by wife, Reba (Owens) Jackson; children, Leon (Sue Banfield) Jackson, Greg (Carole) Jackson, and Lisa Hoffman; his grandchildren, Andy Jackson, Aaron Jackson, Adam Jackson, Eric Jackson, Paul Jackson, Sara Courtright, John Courtright, Brian Hoffman, Brandi Hoffman, and Charlie Phipps; and ten great-grandchildren; numerous loving relatives and close church friends. Family will receive friends for visitation from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 9 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026, where the service will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Interment Alton Cemetery, Alton Darby Creek Rd., Galloway, OH 43119.
