Paul Robey

Paul B. Robey, age 85, of Dublin, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013. He was a member of Columbia Heights United Methodist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army where he attended the Nuremberg Trials in Germany. Employed with F.J. Egner & Sons for many years and retired from Marathon Oil Company after 16 years of service. He was an avid sports fan who especially loved OSU football. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and bowling where he was part of a traveling league. Preceded in death by parents Robert and Beulah Robey, brother Robert Robey, and sister Betty Harrigan. Survived by loving wife of 53 years Maxine Robey whom he married on January 8, 1960, sister Dorothy Daron of Ashland, OH, nephews Jerry Rife, Bruce (Bobbie) Robey, and John (Patty) Harrigan, nieces Debbie Berry, Bonnie (Sherm) Everett, Kathleen Bodey, and Jane (Gene) Sandy, special niece Paula Bishop, along with many cousins and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Columbia Heights Methodist Church 775 Galloway Rd. Galloway, OH 43119 with Pastor Nathan Custer officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
