Peggy Skaggs

Peggy Louise (Diles) Skaggs, age 89, of Dublin, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022. Born March 8, 1933 to Orbin V. and Goldia A. (Boggs) Diles in Ayersville, KY.  She married the love of her life James Furl Skaggs on January 14, 1952. Peggy was a member of Hayden Run Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife and mother. She loved her church, friends, family, Ohio State athletics, Cincinnati Reds and life itself. Preceded in death by her parents, husband and son-in-law John A. McKinzie. Survived by daughter Deborah A. McKinzie, son Donald V. (Connie) Skaggs, granddaughter Shannon M. Skaggs, sister Juanita S. Nance, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. The Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Hayden Run Baptist Church, 6729 Hayden Run Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026. Interment Jerome Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of OhioHealth Hospice for all their love, care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OhioHealth Hospice or Hayden Run Baptist Church.
