Rachel Neil, age 41, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012. Preceded in death by grandmother Teeny “Mamaw” Neil. Survived by loving parents Jim and Ruth Neil, grandparents Dick “Pop” Neil, Lena “Mamaw” and Joe “Papaw” Skaggs, dog Angel, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of good friends. Family will receive friends 10-12 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 12 pm Thursday. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
