Raymond Johnson

Raymond “Jerry” Johnson, age 74, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013. Retired from Wonder Bread, was a longtime coach for Finland baseball and a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by father Riley, mother Ann Scott, stepfather Bill Scott, nephew Chuck Johnson and numerous aunts, uncles and relatives. Survived by loving wife of 48 years Matsuko, son Jake (Lakeisha) Johnson, brothers and sisters Dennis (Margie) Johnson, Bill (Pat) Scott, Judy McCorkle and David (Linda) Scott, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 11-1 pm Monday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
