Raymond “Petie” Welch, age 57, of Plain City, OH, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2007 at Mount Carmel Medical Center. Preceded in death by his parents Teresa and Raymond Saylor, father Olaf Welch and sister Diana Davis. A loving husband and dad, he is survived by his wife of 23 years Penny, children Theresa (Timothy) Hammonds, Raymond (Kris) Welch, Kevin (Eadie) Welch, Joanie (Andrew) Smith, and Amanda (James) Church, 10 beautiful grandchildren, sisters Linda Jenson, Carol (Bill) Highfill ad Patricia (Randy) Moore and brother Olaf Welch. Member of the Hilliard Moose Lodge 2236. In celebration of his life, a memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2007 at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH. Friends and family may call from 11-1 pm Friday. At 12:45 pm the Hilliard Moose will be presenting a short ceremony, followed by a eulogy at 1 pm given by Pastor Dave Gross.
