Richard Stauffer

Richard E. Stauffer, 81 of Columbus, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 at home. Born May 18, 1930 in Nashport Ohio, son of the late Ray and Freda Stauffer. Graduated from North High School and served in the U.S. Navy. Survived by wife Marilyn; brother Robert Stauffer (Kitty); daughter Connie Stonerock (Steve); son Gary Stauffer (Kim); daughter Patti Weekley (Bob); daughter Sara Stauffer; daughter Lori Grandon, as well as six grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Warren and Dean Stauffer. Retired from Brookville Printing Company, he was a former longtime employee of the Columbus Dispatch in the Art Department. At his request, no services will be held.
