Richard Turner, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013. Member of Hilliard United Methodist Church, retired from B&O/CSX Railroad , and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by wife Betty Turner. Survived by children Karen (Richard) Sparks, Steven Turner, and Jeffrey (Peggy) Turner, sister Zita Wald, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, along with loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 pm Wednesday at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026. A funeral service will be held 11am Thursday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church 5445 Scioto Darby Rd. Hilliard, OH 43026 with Pastor David Ziegel officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
