Rick B. Kramer

Rick B. Kramer, age 67, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born in Springfield, OH to the late Charles and Frances Kramer. He was a graduate of Jefferson Union High School class of 1967 and The Ohio State University, class of 1972. Rick was a Deputy Clerk for the Franklin County Municipal Court, Criminal and Traffic Division for over 20 years. He was a rabid OSU Buckeye Fan, ardent supporter of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and was a minor official for the Columbus Chill during the 1990's as well as a high school baseball umpire. He was a bottomless receptacle of useless information and loved to tell "corny Dad jokes." He was loved by his wife of 41 years, Shirley; daughters, Lauren (Brett) Barber, Jana (Nathan) Wilcox and Blair Kramer; granddaughter, Darby Lynn Wilcox; brother, Terry (Jackie) Kramer; numerous cousins, many friends, and 4 cats. Friends may call Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH.
