Rita Huffman

Rita Marie Huffman, age 59, of West Jefferson, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, October 20, 2023 in her home. She was born January 2, 1964 in Delaware, Ohio to R. Dean and Phyllis K. (Elliott) Huffman. She was a 1982 graduate of West Jefferson High School. She worked many years as an administrative assistant with her fondest memories made while working at the West Jefferson post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and high school sweetheart Tony Bruno (l995), brother Matt Huffman and brother in law Tim Grice. 

She is survived by brother Jeff (Gayle) Huffman, sister Carol Grice, and sister in law Valerie Huffman; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friend and caregiver Mark Taylor, long time friends Denise, DeeDee, and Molly.

Private graveside services will be held for the family. The family is being served by Rader Tidd McDonald Funeral Home, West Jefferson, Ohio.
