Rita Reidenbach

Columbus, OH - Rita (Croy) Reidenbach, 71, of Hilliard, passed away in her home on October 18, 2015.

Rita was born on July 28, 1944, in Goshen, Indiana, and graduated from Concord High School. While attending business college in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she met her best friend and future husband, Dick. They moved to the Columbus area in 1988, and retired from Liebert Corporation in 2000. She was a member of Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church, where she served on many committees and in many ministries. Rita loved to dance and travel with her family, she loved her flowers, was a fantastic cook, and cherished time spent with her grandchildren as they grew up.

Rita is survived by her husband of 51 years, Richard (Dick) E. Reidenbach; two daughters, Kimberly D. (Reidenbach) Seman and Kelly J. Reidenbach; two grandchildren, Luke A. and Elaina D. Seman; a brother, Dennis A. Croy; and extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles D. Croy and Mabel L. Burns Croy Thomas, and her brother, James D. Croy.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015, at 11am at Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church, 4343 Dublin Road in Hilliard, Ohio, with Senior Pastor Jason Wellman officiating. Friends may call beforehand from 10-11. Flowers are welcome or a memorial gift may be made to Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church Music Program.
