Robert Bartley, II

Robert J. Bartley II went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2021 at the age of 47 in Columbus, Ohio.

Robert was born on May 22, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from Maranatha Christian High School in 1992. He earned an Associate’s from Hocking College, a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Robert served his country as a Captain in the United States Army. He served in the Army Reserves Medical Corps. He enjoyed fishing with his brother in Florida, taking his nieces to baseball games, spending time with his family, and taking trips with his girlfriend.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert J. Bartley. He is survived by his mother, Mary Kate Bartley of Columbus, OH; grandmother, Jessa Bartley of Columbus, OH; sister, Mary Slone Chapman and her husband Keith Chapman of West Chester, OH; nieces, Jessica and Natalie Hamren of West Chester, OH; brother, James Andrew Bartley and his wife Margarita Bartley of Nokomis, FL; nephew, Andrius Bartley of Nokomis, FL; and girlfriend, Gretchen Specht of Pickerington, OH. The family will observe a private funeral.
