Robert Buchanan

Robert Paul Buchanan, age 88, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2011 at Altercare of Ohio care facility in Hilliard, OH. Bob attended Wooster and Muskingham colleges before being drafted in WWII. After being discharged, Bob attended The Ohio State University, receiving a Master’s degree in Accounting. He was a retired partner of Ernst & Young where he was employed for thirty-four years. Bob is survived by his wife Bette Barker Buchanan, children Randall, Thomas, and Amy; grandchildren Brandon, Slayter, Sean, Dustin, and Jeremy. Friends may call on Saturday, December 31 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where a celebration of life service will take place a 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to Home Reach Hospice’s Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive Columbus, OH 43214.
