Robert Dixon

Robert Dixon, age 87, of Galloway, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 15, 2012. Retired from Westinghouse after 28 years. Army Veteran of WWII, 3rd Armored Division, and awarded a Purple Heart. Preceded in death by granddaughter Amy. Survived by wife of 64 years Bernice, sons Larry (Diane) Dixon, Robert (Rosanne) Dixon and Daniel Dixon, grandchildren Serena, Amanda, Aaron, Nicole, Zackary and Derick and 8 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends 12-1pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 1pm Thursday with Pastor Earl Shaffer officiating.
