HATFIELD Robert L. Hatfield, 81 of Mt. Sterling, passed away January 14, 2010 at his residence.
He was born March 25, 1928 in Mt. Sterling, (Monroe Township), Pickaway County, Ohio.
He was a lifetime area farmer and served on the Zoning Board in Monroe Township. He served in the US Army.
Preceded in death by his parents, Eldon and Pauline (Porter) Hatfield.
He is survived by Aunt, Virginia Winchester; Cousins, Sue Doyle, Patti Voss, Mary Kuntz, Joe Kesterson, David Winchester, Richard Dooley; a Special friend, LaDawn Baugh and her daughter, Jamey Baugh; many friends in the Five Points community.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. The interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 19th from 3 – 7 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Five Points United Methodist Church or Loving Care Hospice in London
