Robert Dale Mason, 77 of Range Township, London, died Wednesday, August 31, 2010 at his residence. He was born February 11, 1933 in Mt. Sterling. He was the son of Merle and Blanche (Webb) Mason.
Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Florence; brothers John, George, and Pat Mason; great grandson, Phoenix Ryder Crawford.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila; children Robert Mason, Jr., Mary Jane (Scott) Blake, Theresa (Cecil) Lands, Peggy (Richard) Houser, Roger (Jennifer) Mason, Vickie (Maurice) Bell, Tracy Mason, George (Carrie) Mason, Juanita Cline, Harold (Franny) Mason, and Bill (Diana) Mason; brother, Elmer Mason; and sister, Cora Willis.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 3, 2010 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Irvin Baldwin officiating with the burial following in Range Township Cemetery in Sedalia. The Circleville Amvets Post #2256 will perform a military service at the grave site for the Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 from 5 – 8 p.m.
