Robert R. Neal, age 69 died Friday evening, November 12, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West Medical Center. He was born March 14, 1941 in McArthur, Ohio.
He was employed for 35 years at Architecture Pre-Cast; former member of Moose Lodge #111 of Demorest Road.
Preceded in death by his parents, John and Eunice (Redding) Neal; brothers Richard and William; sisters Donnabelle, Mary Jane, and Peggy; granddaughter Dawn Marie Cerda; grandson James Roger Neal, Jr.; great granddaughter Kennedy Mary-Catherine Devereaux.
He is survived by children, Charles (Cheryl) Neal of Russell Point, John (Anita) Neal of Columbus, Mary (Bill) Fillinger of Columbus, James (Leeca) Neal of Columbus, Michael (Melissa) Neal of North Carolina, Kasey Winn (Arturo Cuevas), and Brandon (Cynthia) Winn, both of Columbus; 18 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother Johnny Neal of Gahanna; sisters Dorothy Miller of Mt. Sterling, Ruth DeVoe and Linda Rowe, both of Columbus.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Thom Barker officiating with the burial following in Waterloo Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 16th from 5 – 8 p.m.
