Robert Redett

Robert Redett, age 87, of Amlin, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Riverside Hospital. Served as a Navy Lieutenant in WWII. Retired Chief of The Ohio Division of Forestry. Member of The Ohio Forestry Association, Kawanis, and the Hilliard United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents George Kent and Lenora Scott, loving wife Dorothy, and infant son. Survived by children G. Kent Redett, Kim Redett, Robin (Kurt) Blank, Gail (Greg) Thompson, brother Richard (Laverne) Redett, grandchildren, Scott (Heather) Alexander, Katherine (Brad) Cain, Rebecca Thompson, Drew Thompson, Adam Blank and Alexa Blank, great grandchild Gracyn Alexander, his cat Miss Kitty, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends. Friends may call 6-8 pm Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. Funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd., Hilliard, with Pastor David Ziegel officiating.
