Robert "Rusty" Rohrer

Robert “Rusty” Rohrer, age 91 of Hilliard, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017. Army Veteran of WWII. Past Commander of Hilliard American Legion Post 614 and also a former member of Beverly Ohio American Legion. Retired from Tolles Technical School as a Building Maintenance Supervisor. He was a member of Hilliard Church of Christ and an avid Buckeye fan. Preceded in death by sisters Mildred and Marie. Survived by loving wife of 69 ½ years Annabel, children Gary (Judi) Rohrer, Sandy (Ken) Schnacke, Debbie (Greg) Carignan and Steve (Kim) Rohrer, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 am. Interment Jerome Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 333 N.
