Robert Scurlock

Robert “Bob” Eugene Scurlock, age 84, of Dublin, passed away June 14, 2015. Born in Huntington WV, attended Hilliards High School and proudly served in the Army National Guard for 20 years. He was a member of Hilliard Senior Center, played softball with Upper Arlington Silver Bears, and enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, traveling and going to the casinos. Preceded in death by loving wife of 58 ½ years Doreen. Survived by children Donna (Jeff) Reed of Delaware, Janet Neff of Columbus and Mary Vinson of Abilene, TX, brother Bill (Fran) Scurlock, sister Patsy (Vincent) Volpi, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends 4-6 pm Wednesday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 6 pm. Graveside service will be held 10 am Thursday with Military Honors at Sunset Cemetery.
